6 years ago Studio - Collection Svetlin Roussev showed for a first time at "Circle +" Gallery a part of their new receipts. The second edition of this idea is developed in a slightly extended version - new acquisitions and unshown works from the collection - paintings, sculpture and drawings. In a certain sense, this is necessary as a response to some of the absurdities in which Bulgarian culture lives. The true collection is not a dead museum, but a living organism that is constantly changing, evolving and complements the spirit, understanding and capabilities of the Collector.
In the spring of 2010 Monica Romenska visited CITE INTERNATIONALE DES ARTS, Paris. This is called Fine Art Print on hand graphic paper, which uses the same she uses to print her work. The exhibition in the gallery-bookstore Sofia Press includes 48 works with an approximate size of 50 - 35 cm each and photographic installation 250-300 cm.

Where the reading and looking are crossing
Mila Popnedeleva - Genova painted as she writes and writes like she is painting. In her books you can read not only the text, but also the pictures are telling stories. How to call the user of this product? Reader is not enough. Spectator - as well. The books evoke different senses, but require simultaneous viewing, listening and thinking. And that is not a usually watching where the mind follows the text, and then verify that the image repeated what is written. Not with Mila. In her books, writing and drawing are so intertwined that they blend into each other, keep each other and make us open our imagination.
The issuance of smart books today a luxury but of books for children – it’s over commitment. Mila Popnedeleva-Genova is doing it because of her inner desire and belief, but also as a blueprint against banality and visual illiteracy.
