In this exhibition of Kostadinka Miladinova will be shown prints, bookplates and illustrations made in the years of work at home and abroad.
She is well known from her energy presence not only as a collaborator of publishers and institutions, but also with her individual exhibitions and participation in international biennials, symposiums, workshops and others with relevant prizes, awards, reviews and commendable purchases.

The paintings for the exhibition "The horseman II" is now a reality, ready for exposure. The creation for me was traveling. Travel through time to different places, historical periods, and beliefs, religious and spiritual practices associated with the figures of horsemen.
In fact, in the beginning I traveled to the Rider and then I realized that he and I are one.

The Union of Bulgarian Artists is the oldest and the most creative alliance of around 3000 artists from all fields of the visual art. The roots of the UBA are back in 1893 and despite the vicissitudes the organization is alive and active collegiate community with an important contribution to the culture.

The drawing or composition constructed by the means of the art are not asubject to retelling. With all its art forms is performed unusual, silent form of communication.
In my current exhibition the drawing is with a sound chamber. I believe it is better to paint according to your personal sensitivity, according to your own taste. That is how you create your own world! I love poetry and over the years, along with other topics, and I worked on poems by Dimcho Debelyanov, Marina Tsvetaeva, fascinated by their gift from the world they have built.

The exhibition "Graphics, graphics, graphics... " shows drawings, attempts and regular graphic prints stored in various depots and warehouses and the graphic bases of UBA. One part of these originals are passed through fire and flood, but on the other time has left indelible scars. As periodization these works range from the mid-twentieth century until today. Some of them can not be dated and others are now in the process of analyzing. Among the authors appear the names of Petrana Klisurova, Zlatka Dabova, Zafir Ionchev, Hristo Neykov, Anastasiya Panayotova, Borislav Stoev, Pencho Balkanski, Evgeni Kurdov, Atanas Neykov, Mincho Panayotov, Tanya Vladova, Ivan Ninov and others.

From 10th to 30th of November in all the exhibition halls at the gallery on the UBA at "Shipka" 6 Str. will be exhibited the Seventh International Print Art Triennial - Sofia, 2014. The event, which has a 20 -year-old history is determined as a current platform for global, contemporary graphics and is among the most important international events in the field of the visual arts in Bulgaria.
On the occasion of the event here arrived as curators and jury significant figures from the world contemporary print art: Jose Gides, Brazil; Henry Klein, USA; Breda Skrânec, Slovenia; Mark Frizing , Luxembourg.
The triennial is organized by the Union of Bulgarian Artists, section "Graphics and Illustration”, held with the support of the "Culture" and "Mobility" Programs of Sofia Municipality and in cooperation with the embassies of Brazil and the US in Bulgaria.
A part of the Triennial is the discussion "The modern print art - between the traditional and digital technologies" which will be held on 11th of November at 11.00 am.

The exhibition "Engravings and drawings of friends" presents the work of two artists who worked as a book designers, illustrators and painters.
There are shown two creative ways that reflect on the deep, individual and original way the commonalities inthe Bulgarian art from the beginning of the 60s until the new 21st century.
Opening - 23th of May, 6 p.m.
Luben Zidarov is one of the pioneers of Bulgarian comics. After the pages in "Wonderful World" and "Illustrated reading" painted in 1941-1943 and children comics in the postwar "Septemvriiche" he began the graphic novel "Ben Hur", which unfortunately he never ends. So the next comic book he's working on took him 60 years. This is the "Treasure Island", the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson.

This exhibition presents works from the collection of Boris Trifonov and Miglena Manova.
Georgi Trifonov is an artist with comprehensive interests, working in the field of painting, decorative and monumental arts, drawing, print, illustration, even sculpture. He is infatuated with poetry; he is the author of ten books of poetry and one scenario.
